The Forge – Leadership Formation Initiative
A comprehensive mentor–mentee leadership academy where youth are intentionally shaped in character, resilience, service, and responsible influence.
Through guided mentorship, leadership workshops, service projects, and practical skill development, participants learn how to lead with integrity and impact in their families, schools, and communities.
The Forge: Physical Discipline Track
A specialized track within The Forge focused on developing self-discipline and mental endurance through structured physical training and team-based challenges.
This track reinforces accountability, emotional regulation, and perseverance, demonstrating how physical discipline strengthens clarity, confidence, and leadership under pressure.
Youth Advocacy & Civic Education
Programs that prepare young people to engage responsibly in their communities through civic education, public speaking, service initiatives, and youth-led forums. Advocacy efforts are educational and nonpartisan, promoting responsible digital citizenship and equitable opportunities.
Digital Wellness & Balance Workshops
Interactive workshops that teach youth how to manage screen time, social media, and digital pressures with discipline and intention. Participants learn practical strategies to restore focus, build healthy habits, and reconnect with real-life relationships.
Community Support & Service Initiatives
Including soup kitchens, food pantries, and community-based wellness programs that provide essential support while cultivating empathy, responsibility, and a culture of service.
Faith-Based Gatherings & Reflection Spaces
Saturday gatherings for youths, reflection sessions, and spiritual growth opportunities designed to strengthen values, purpose, and moral leadership. Participation is open and inclusive, supporting youth in grounding their leadership in strong character and faith-based principles.
