Disconnect to Connect. Reset the Generation.
We are a youth- centered nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, digital balance, emotional resilience, spiritual growth, and meaningful community connection among youth and young adults ages 13-24.
PAUSE. GROW. THRIVE
In a fast-paced, screen-saturated world, Operation Time Out creates intentional spaces where young people can pause with purpose, reconnect to what matters, and develop the strength, character, and leadership needed to thrive.
Through structured programs, mentorship, wellness education, faith-based engagement, and community initiatives, we help youth:
Build confidence and leadership skills
Develop healthy digital habits
Strengthen spiritual and moral foundations
Grow in resilience and emotional well-being
Engage in service and civic responsibility
We believe that when young people learn to pause, they gain clarity.
When they grow, they gain strength.
When they thrive, communities are transformed.
Our approach
Our Mission
To equip youth and young adults ages 13–24 with faith-centered mentorship, evidence-informed wellness programs, and community-based opportunities that strengthen well-being, promote digital balance, and cultivate responsible leadership.
Our Vision
A rising generation that pauses with purpose, lives with balance, stands resilient in adversity, and leads with integrity — reconnecting to faith, community, and meaningful change.
Our entire team wants to see a world where every youngster struggling in any way feels able to reach out and has people who’ll help them with education, jobs, and more. We want to spread out in every region so we’ll be reachable to all.
Organizational Purpose
Operation Time Out Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, digital balance, emotional resilience, spiritual growth, and social reconnection among youth and young adults ages 13–24.
We create structured programs, mentorship opportunities, leadership initiatives, and community experiences that empower young people to pause with purpose, grow in strength and character, and thrive in healthy, supportive environments.
Our faith-based educational programming is open to the public and does not require religious affiliation for participation.
We also support youth-led advocacy efforts that promote responsible digital wellness, civic awareness, and positive community engagement — conducted in a nonpartisan and educational manner.
Through charitable relief efforts, including food assistance and community support initiatives, we serve youth and young adults based on objective need and without private benefit.
